Earth Day Womb Awakening: Returning to the Mother
Aligned with Earth-Day energy, this month invites us into intimate connection with Mother Gaia — the living, breathing Earth. We slow down, listen, and learn what reciprocity truly means: receiving from the Earth with gratitude, and offering our care in return. Through nature-based practices, grounding rituals, and embodied awareness, we remember that belonging is not earned — it is given by the land itself. This is a circle of reverence, stewardship, and deep ecological love.
🌿 May Retreat — Demeter: Tending the Garden of Your Life
This full-day retreat invites you into the gentle, nourishing medicine of Demeter — the archetype of Earth-Mother, tending, feeding, and sustaining life. Together we slow the pace, reconnect with nature, and remember what it feels like to be supported instead of stretched thin. Through guided practices, meditation, movement, ritual, and quiet reflection on the land, we listen for what needs to be nurtured, restored, or replanted in our lives. This is a day to soften, receive, and leave with roots deeper than when you arrived.
Brigid: Blessing the Hearth of Your Life
In June we meet Brigid, Celtic goddess of hearth-fire, healing, poetry, and creativity. She teaches us how to tend the flame that sustains us — not the one that burns us out. This gathering explores ancestral threads, home, ritual, and the quiet alchemy that happens when we bless the ordinary. Through simple ceremony and soulful reflection, we honor where we come from while choosing who we are becoming.
Mary Magdalene: Leading With the Heart
This month we walk with Mary Magdalene, a symbol of devotional love, spiritual maturity, and embodied leadership. Rather than power over, she shows us another way: power rooted in compassion, truth, and presence. Through guided practice, contemplative sharing, and heart-centered ritual, we explore what it means to stand in spiritual authority without losing tenderness. This is a month of courage — the kind that grows quietly inside the heart.
August Retreat- Sekhmet: Radiance, Power, and Sacred Boundaries Location: (TBD)
This immersive day is devoted to Sekhmet, the lioness goddess of fierce compassion and embodied truth. When our power has been suppressed, it leaks sideways; when it is claimed with integrity, it becomes medicine. During this retreat we work gently — yet honestly — with anger, voice, sovereignty, and the courage to say yes and no with clarity. Expect a blend of ritual, embodiment practices, breathwork, and community sharing designed to help you honor your fire without burning out. You’ll leave feeling clearer, steadier, and more fully at home in your own authority.
Kuan Yin & Shekhinah: Compassion as Sacred Presence
September brings the gentle medicine of Kuan Yin, bodhisattva of compassion — along with the quiet mystical presence of Shekhinah, the indwelling divine presence in Jewish tradition. Together they invite us into compassion that is not passive, but alive, courageous, and just. Through meditation, compassionate self-inquiry, and community practice, we learn to soften without collapsing — and to let kindness become a spiritual home.
EGYPT 7-Day RETREAT
This pilgrimage is a deep initiatory journey into the sacred lands and temples of Egypt, guided by the mythic and spiritual presence of Isis — the healer, mother, mourner, and restorer of the broken. We travel not as tourists, but as pilgrims: listening, praying, receiving, and allowing the land itself to teach. Through ceremony, storytelling, guided temple experiences, silence, and community, we explore themes of loss, devotion, re-membering, and rebirth. This journey is offered with humility and respect for the living traditions of Egypt, and with great care for the nervous system and heart. It is an invitation to return home to yourself — changed, but more whole.
Lakshmi: Gratitude, Blessing, and Enoughness
After a year of deep work, November turns us toward Lakshmi — the goddess of blessing, beauty, and ethical abundance. This circle reframes abundance as sufficiency: the ability to feel supported, held, and resourced without grasping or depletion. Through gratitude ritual, reflection, and heart-centered sharing, we learn to receive with humility and give with grace. Lakshmi reminds us that blessing flows where we honor and care for what we’ve been given.
Mother Mary: Holy Rest & Introspection
We close the year in the presence of Mother Mary, archetype of tenderness, faith, and quiet strength. This gathering invites deep rest — not as collapse, but as sacred incubation. Through soft ritual, contemplative silence, and gentle sharing, we honor what has been born within us this year and what is still forming in the unseen. Mother Mary teaches us to trust timing, surrender to love, and let ourselves be held.
Spring Renewal: A Sound Bath & Somatic Release
Our Sound Bath + Somatic Yoga series weaves together gentle, body-led movement with the deeply restorative vibrations of crystal singing bowls. Co-facilitated with Elaine Gallas, Somatic Psychotherapist and RYT, these monthly gatherings invite the nervous system to soften, release stored tension, and settle into a state of calm presence. Somatic yoga helps participants reconnect with internal cues and restore ease in the body, while the sound bath supports emotional unwinding, energetic alignment, and deep rest. Each month offers a new theme and intention, creating a supportive ritual for grounding, replenishment, and inner renewal.
Persephone: Rising From the Underworld
As the Spring Equinox arrives, we journey with Persephone — the archetype of rebirth and returning light. This gathering honors the parts of us that have wintered underground: the griefs, truths, and transformations that happened quietly within. Through reflection, gentle movement, and sacred circle, we welcome ourselves back into life with tenderness and maturity. Persephone reminds us that rebirth is not naïve — it is wisdom earned through descent.

Aphrodite & Galentine’s Sacred Circle
In February we meet Aphrodite — not as a symbol of performance or perfection, but as the holy invitation to love ourselves with tenderness and truth. This circle blends mindful sensual movement, self-compassion practices, and guided reflection to help soften shame and awaken embodied pleasure. We explore what it means to feel beautiful from the inside out, to receive without apology, and to reconnect with the body as sacred ground. Expect warmth, playfulness, and a safe container where nothing needs to be performed — just felt, honored, and welcomed home.

Sophia: Returning to Inner Wisdom
January opens our yearlong journey with Sophia, the archetype of divine wisdom, truth, and inner guidance. This gathering invites you to step out of self-doubt and into a deeper relationship with the part of you that already knows. Through reflection, gentle embodiment practices, meditation, and circle sharing, we attune to clarity — not as a mental exercise, but as a quiet voice inside the heart. Together we root the year in intention, lineage, and the steady presence of wisdom that has always lived within you.

Rustic Nordic Winter Solstice Gathering
Rustic Nordic Winter Solstice Gathering
On the longest night of the year, we gather as women have for centuries—around fire, light, and story.
Join me for a rustic Nordic Winter Solstice Gathering, a sacred evening crafted to honor the stillness of winter and the quiet rebirth of light.
We begin indoors in a warm, candlelit lodge for a sister circle, reflection on the spirit of solstice, guided meditation, and journaling to release what no longer serves you.
Then we create simple lanterns and carry them into the woods for a silent lantern procession, walking the forest labyrinth under the winter sky.
We return to the bonfire for dance, fire release ceremony, and shared celebration—followed by warm food, gentle reflection, and connection.
This is a night for grounding, renewal, sisterhood, and the deep magic of winter.
Step into the circle. Walk the night. Welcome the light.
Please Note:
If drought conditions, heavy rain, or thunderstorms prevent a bonfire, all planned themes and activities associated with that part of the event will still take place in an adapted format.

Returning to the Light: Solstice Sound Bath & Somatic Flow
As the Winter Solstice invites us into the deepest night of the year, we gather in community with intention to honor the turning of the season and the slow, sacred return of the light.
Join me and Reiki Master and Elaine Gallas, Somatic Psychotherapist and RYT, for Returning to the Light: Solstice Sound Bath & Somatic Flow, a nourishing blend of sound healing, singing bowls, and trauma-informed somatic yoga designed to support grounding, restoration, and inner illumination.
We’ll explore gentle somatic movements that help to signal safety to the nervous system, with particular attention to vagal toning practices - breath, mindful pacing, gentle mobilization, and orienting - all supporting regulation and deeper embodiment. These movements help create the internal conditions for calm, connection, and an expanded sense of presence.
Throughout our flow - and especially as we settle into restorative shapes - you’ll be bathed in the resonant tones of the singing bowls, whose harmonic frequencies help stimulate the vagus nerve and support parasympathetic activation. The vibrations offer a steady anchor for the nervous system, creating an internal rhythm that encourages deeper embodiment and an increased capacity to sense and release. Their resonance gently guides you inward, helping the body feel supported as it softens, stays present in the somatic practice, and allows the experience to unfold with greater ease.
The overlap of sound and somatic practice creates a layered experience that enhances regulation, attunement, and deep rest. This co-created space invites you to unwind, recalibrate, and reconnect with the subtle return of light within and around you. All bodies and experience levels are welcome.

Workshop: Divine Feminine Shadow Workshop
Divine Feminine Shadow Workshop on October 17
Shadow work is not a detour on the path of growth—it is the path. From indigenous shamanic traditions to various psychological schools of thought, the message is consistent: when we embrace the hidden and wounded parts of ourselves, we rediscover wholeness.
Workshop: Radical Compassion to Kuan Yin
The Power of Kuan Yin and the Cosmic Invitation on September 19
In times of inner tension and global overwhelm, the call for compassion becomes sacred. Kuan Yin, the Bodhisattva of Mercy, invites us to meet pain—not with resistance, but with presence. Her mythology teaches that true strength is not the suppression of emotion, but the willingness to listen deeply and hold space for healing. She is the feminine force of unconditional love, who turns even the rawest suffering into gold.
