In our work together, you are seen as a whole person — not just a set of issues or a diagnosis. Whether you're facing inner pain, seeking deeper purpose, or simply longing to reconnect with yourself, transpersonal therapy offers a path of healing that is compassionate, respectful, and integrative.

Why Integrative, Transpersonal Therapy & Mindfulness for Trauma?

Each of these approaches offers something unique:

  • IFS helps you understand and compassionately shift your inner patterns.

  • EMDR rewires how your brain holds painful experiences.

  • EFT empowers you to release stuck emotions and stress.

  • Reiki brings deep rest and energetic balance.

  • Kundalini practice offers an overall somatic experience to release deep seated trauma

  • Mindfulness techniques teach practical skills to help regulate nervous system

Together, they support healing on every level: mind, body, heart, and spirit.

You don’t have to know which approach you need — we’ll collaborate and adapt as your journey unfolds. Some sessions may be more structured, others more intuitive. What matters most is that you feel safe, supported, and connected to your own inner wisdom.

You are more than your symptoms. You are resilient, wise, and capable of profound transformation.

Let’s find what works for you.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

IFS helps you explore your inner world by connecting with your “parts” — like the inner critic, the protector, or the wounded child. These parts often hold emotional pain or survival strategies shaped by past experiences. Through IFS, we gently bring them into conversation, guided by your calm, wise Self, allowing for deep inner healing and self-leadership.

Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR)

EMDR is a powerful, research-backed method for helping the brain reprocess trauma and reduce emotional overwhelm. By using bilateral stimulation (such as eye movements or tapping), EMDR helps stuck memories lose their emotional charge and integrate more fully, so you can move forward without being pulled back by the past.

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT / Tapping)

EFT combines gentle tapping on specific acupressure points with focused emotional work. It’s a simple, effective way to release anxiety, stress, limiting beliefs, or old emotional patterns. I often teach EFT as a tool you can take with you between sessions, helping you feel more empowered in daily life.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

At its heart, mindfulness in therapy is about coming home to yourself — moment by moment, breath by breath. It’s a space where you can learn to trust your inner experience, soothe your nervous system, and move through life with greater clarity and ease. Therapies like Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT)are widely used and well-researched models for helping people feel more calm, centered, and in control.

Kundalini Psychosomatics

Kundalini Psychosomatics (KPS) is a powerful fusion of Kundalini energy healing and somatic trauma therapy. This holistic practice helps individuals release deep-rooted emotional blockages, regulate their nervous system, and reconnect with their true selves. Unlike traditional Kundalini Yoga practices, which can sometimes be intense or overwhelming, we offer a gentle, therapeutic, and science-backed approach. Our method respects your pace and supports safe Kundalini awakening.

Reiki Energy Healing

Reiki supports the emotional and physical body by working with your natural energy field. It offers a nonverbal, calming space to process deep feelings, soothe the nervous system, and support your body’s own healing process. Reiki can be integrated into talk therapy sessions or offered as a standalone healing experience.

My approach recognizes that healing is not only about “fixing” what’s wrong — it’s also about connecting to something deeper: your values, purpose, inner truth, or a sense of something greater than yourself.

Self-Pay Options for Therapy & Benefits of Self Pay

Credit Card · Venmo · Zelle · Check · Cash

Note: A superbill (invoice) is available upon request for individual therapy sessions to submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement.

The evolution of our insurance-based healthcare system is leaving providers and patients victimized by rules, regulations and costs. While I appreciate the benefits of insurance, I am working to find a more sustainable way to practice that supports longevity for both client and the provider.

No diagnosis is required for self-pay clients, which also means there is no permanent entry in your medical records:

  • You are more in control of your treatment goals

  • There is no time limit placed on treatment

  • You have complete privacy

  • You can receive the specific treatment that you need

  • Many clients that I work do not meet the diagnostic criteria

  • Insurance companies do not consider Relational distress as a valid diagnosis to be medically necessitated

Lastly, I’ve structured my practice around private pay because it allows me to dedicate my full attention to clinical work rather than spending significant time on insurance paperwork and authorization processes. This means more of my energy goes directly into our sessions. I understand this is a financial consideration, and I’m happy to discuss payment plans or sliding scale options if that would help make our work together accessible for you.
