Meet Victoria
Seeker • Guide • Devotee • Fellow Traveler
I have been fascinated by the mysteries of the human psyche and soul for as long as I can remember.
Around the age of thirteen, I began searching for answers about psychology, spirituality, the unseen dimensions of life, and the deeper questions of why we are here and what shapes who we become. I did not have language then for what I was searching for. I only knew that the visible world never felt like the whole story.
That curiosity has never left me.
Over the years, it has taken me through many landscapes: psychology and psychotherapy, contemplative and spiritual practice, motherhood, healing, energy work, yoga and Kundalini, sound, altered and expanded states of consciousness, sacred traditions, pilgrimage, and experiences of mystery that have enhanced the way I understand myself and the world.
Some things I have learned through study.
Others I have learned through the body.
And some have arrived through experiences I could never have reasoned my way into.
For me, these are not separate paths. They are different doorways into the same enduring exploration:
What does it mean to become fully human while remaining open to the mystery of what we are?
A Life Between Worlds
I have always been drawn to thresholds.
Between psychology and spirituality.
Science and mystery.
The body and consciousness.
The personal and the archetypal.
What we can understand and what we can only experience.
After immigration, the corporate world, and motherhood, my professional path eventually led me to become a psychotherapist. That training gave me an invaluable language for trauma, attachment, relationships, protective patterns, and the complexity of the human psyche. But psychotherapy is one part of a much longer journey.
Alongside it, I have spent years exploring contemplative and energetic practices, Reiki, yoga and Kundalini, sound and vibration, transpersonal psychology, sacred traditions, consciousness, and the ways human beings throughout time have sought relationship with something larger than themselves.
So I learned to deeply listen
To the body. To intuition.
To the patterns that repeat until we are ready to meet them.
To the symbols and synchronicities that sometimes accompany periods of transformation.
To the quiet knowing beneath the noise.
And to those experiences that resist explanation but nevertheless change us.
The Heart of My Work
I believe each of us carries an inner wisdom that can become difficult to hear beneath expectation, fear, adaptation, and the noise of everyday life.
Sometimes we need another person to walk beside us while we learn to hear it again.
And sometimes we need to step outside the familiar ways we have been listening.
This is where practice and experience become part of the exploration.
Sound. Breath. Movement. Energy. Meditation. Symbol. Ritual. Sacred story. Stillness.
Each offers a different doorway into relationship with ourselves and with the mystery of being alive.
I approach these doorways as initiations to become curious, to experience directly, to notice what arises, and to discover what carries meaning for you.
This is the space I create through Awakened Potential.
A space where psychology does not have to dismiss spirituality, and spirituality does not have to bypass our humanity.
Where the body is listened to.
Where mystery is welcome.
Where discernment matters.
And where healing is not only about tending to what has been wounded, but also about discovering what may be waiting to awaken, be remembered, or simply explored.
I am here to meet you with curiosity, presence, and the humility of someone who is walking this path too.
MY JOURNEY
There is another story beneath the professional titles and trainings, the more personal story of the experiences, places, practices, questions, and mysteries that have shaped who I am and ultimately gave birth to Awakened Potential.
That story is not linear.
It has unfolded through searching and synchronicity, motherhood and transformation, psychological inquiry and spiritual practice, encounters with the Divine Feminine, experiences of energy and consciousness, sacred symbols, pilgrimage, and places that seemed to remember something in me before I knew how to remember it myself.
If you feel called to know more, I invite you into Remembering the Temple Within.
Remembering the Temple Within
Long before I could name it, I felt the pull,
a quiet calling, echoing through lifetimes, etched into the memory of my soul.
It whispered through dreams, through the ache in my womb, through the stillness between breaths.
I did not choose this path. It chose me.
Through initiations that broke me open and gently remade me,
I began to hear Her
the voice of the Divine Feminine, ancient and infinite, calling me home.
My healing began in the sacred shadows:
in the soft cradle of my inner child,
in the tangled roots of ancestral grief,
in the silence that asked me to feel it all.
And when I surrendered, the call came. Not as a concept, but as a mighty force.
The goddess Isis appeared as a guide.
Sirius welcomed me in the blue light—
revealing sacred symbols and a luminous, crystalline Tree of Life, descending to bloom in the womb of the awakened woman.
Each vision carried a frequency. Each pain became a portal.
And eventually, what had begun as an inner journey became a pilgrimage.
I followed the call across sacred lands, from the temples of Egypt to the ancient landscapes of Southern France and Avalon. In the footsteps of Mary Magdalene, among caves, waters, and places of remembrance, something I had long carried within began to take form in the world around me.
The pilgrimage became another kind of remembering: what we seek in sacred places often awakens the temple already living within us.
Through these experiences, I came to understand my soul’s work more deeply: to hold space for other women as they listen for their own remembering.
Now I walk beside women who are ready to return.
To their bodies.
To their truth.
To the mysteries they have always carried.
We heal not only ourselves,
but what has been carried through generations, the lineage, the Earth.
If you feel the stir in your heart, in your womb, in your soul…
You’ve already begun.
