The Wisdom of the Feminine Center

Dear Friends,

I hope your summer is unfolding with moments of rest, joy, and gentle reflection.

The past few months have been deeply transformative for me, both personally and professionally. Between teaching my virtual series on The Womb Healing along with Reclaiming Life Force and Feminine Energy, witnessing remarkable shifts in my clients, and continuing my own healing journey, something became undeniably clear.

Many of us have learned to live primarily from our minds.

We analyze.
We overthink.
We push through.
We disconnect from the deepest wisdom of our bodies.

Yet our bodies, especially our feminine center, remember.

They remember joy and pleasure.
They remember heartbreak and betrayal.
They remember generations of stories carried before us.
They speak through chronic tension, pelvic pain, reproductive challenges, lower back discomfort, numbness, anxiety, and an inability to fully feel alive.

After years of working as a trauma therapist, Reiki Master Teacher, Kundalini Yoga Teacher, and sound healer, I have begun integrating these threads into a more focused area of my practice.

The Wisdom of the Feminine Center is a therapeutic approach that explores the intersection of psychology, nervous system regulation, somatic awareness, energy medicine, ancestral patterns, and feminine embodiment.

This work is about remembering the intelligence that has always lived within us.

If this speaks to you or to someone you love, I would be honored to walk alongside you. Check my website for more information.

A Sacred Pilgrimage

This month I also have the privilege of returning to one of my favorite places in the world—Southern France.

While many people know this region for its breathtaking beauty, it also carries a profound spiritual history connected to Mary Magdalene and the Divine Feminine traditions that have inspired my work for many years.

I invite you to follow my journey on social media, where I will be sharing reflections, photographs, insights, and glimpses of the beautiful landscapes, historical sites, and spiritual experiences encountered along the way.

Every pilgrimage reminds me that healing is not something we accomplish once.

It is a lifelong remembering.

I look forward to bringing back new inspiration, practices, and insights to share with our community on August 23rd 12:00-2:00.

Past Life Regression Sessions

One of the offerings that has quietly grown is Past Life Regression Therapy.

The feedback has been incredibly moving.

Clients often leave with a deeper understanding of recurring relationship patterns, fears, gifts, life purpose, and emotional experiences that previously felt difficult to explain.

Whether these experiences are understood symbolically, spiritually, or psychologically, they often become powerful catalysts for healing and self-understanding.

If you've been curious, July is a wonderful time to experience a session.

July Offerings

Rooted and Radiant, Somatic flow and Sound bath

July 10, 6:30-8:30pm, $45

Prana Studio, Newtown Wellness Collective, 2nd floor

As the Moon wanes toward renewal and collective energies invite us inward, join us for an evening of gentle somatic movement, nervous system restoration, and immersive sound healing.

Through trauma-informed somatic flow, vagus nerve stimulation, breath, and mindful movement, we will support the body in releasing accumulated tension, completing stress responses, and reconnecting with its natural state of regulation and safety. This grounding practice gently prepares the body to receive the healing vibrations of crystal bowl sound bath in a deeply restorative and nourishing way.

Together, we will slow down, soften, release, and create space for renewal — reconnecting with the wisdom of the body, the breath, and the heart.

Ecstatic Dance and Sound Bath

July 11, 6:00-8:00pm, Suggested donation is $25 per person. Sliding scale $15-35. Advance registration requested, go to https://www.newtownwellnesscollective.com/event-details/

Prana Studio, Newtown Wellness Collective, 2nd floor

What is Ecstatic Dance? Ecstatic dance is a free-form, unchoreographed movement practice where participants dance intuitively to music in a safe, non-judgmental environment. It combines conscious dance, meditation, self-expression, and somatic movement to help dancers release inhibitions, process emotions, and connect spiritually or deeply with themselves and relating to others, as desired. A warm welcome circle and brief warm-up for about 20 minutes, then free expression, as guided by the music and your inner wisdom for about 80 minutes, then a slow cool down and closing circle. There will be a small altar for quiet reflection and meditative solitude within the space.

Beginning in August, my weekly Kundalini Yoga class moves to a new time—Thursdays from 6:00–7:00 PM—making it easier for many of you to join after work. These classes are evolving into a more dynamic, yet still trauma-informed practice that integrates movement, breathwork, meditation, mantra, and deep relaxation to awaken vitality, regulate the nervous system, and cultivate a deeper connection with your body. Following Mary Magdalene's Path

Sunday, August 23, 2026 | 12:00–2:00 PM, $33, sliding scale available

Prana Studio, Newtown Wellness Collective, 2nd floor

Inspired by pilgrimage to Southern France—where the traditions of Mary Magdalene continue to live through sacred sites, legends, and centuries of devotion—I invite you to join me for a special afternoon of reflection, meditation, and embodied spiritual practice.

Together, we will explore the historical and symbolic legacy of Mary Magdalene, her teachings of love, courage, and transformation, and what her path can offer us today. Through guided meditation, contemplative practices, journaling, and sound, we will connect with the qualities she so beautifully embodies: deep inner knowing, compassionate presence, resilience, and the sacred union of heart and soul.

Whether you feel a spiritual connection to Mary Magdalene or are simply curious about her enduring wisdom, this gathering offers a welcoming space to deepen your relationship with the Divine Feminine and your own inner guidance.

Following Mary Magdalene Pilgrimage

From July 20–28, I will be traveling through the sacred landscapes of Southern France with a group of devoted seekers from the Mary Magdalene Mysterium, a spiritual community I began journeying with earlier this year.

Together, we will be visiting places associated with the Magdalene tradition, exploring the rich history, mystery, and wisdom that have inspired pilgrims for centuries. I look forward to experiencing these sacred sites, connecting with the land, and deepening my understanding of Mary Magdalene's legacy as a teacher, disciple, mystic, and embodiment of the sacred feminine.

I invite you to follow my journey on social media, where I will be sharing reflections, photographs, insights, and glimpses of the beautiful landscapes, historical sites, and spiritual experiences encountered along the way.

Upon my return, there will be an informal gathering on August 23rd 12:00-2:00 at Newtown Wellness Collective to share stories, healing energies, mysteries, inspirations, and teachings from the pilgrimage, while opening space for conversation about Mary Magdalene, her historical significance, and her enduring spiritual relevance in our modern lives.

I would love to gather, reflect, and continue the conversation together.

The Meaning of Mary Magdalene — Cynthia Bourgeault
A thoughtful and scholarly look at Mary Magdalene's role within the Christian contemplative tradition and her relevance for modern seekers.

The Magdalene Manuscript — Tom Kenyon & Judi Sion
A channeled and experiential account that explores Magdalene teachings related to the sacred feminine, healing, and spiritual transformation.

The Gospel of Mary of Magdala — Karen L. King
An introduction to one of the earliest texts associated with Mary Magdalene, providing historical context and translation.

The Woman with the Alabaster Jar — Margaret Starbird
A provocative exploration of Mary Magdalene's possible role in early Christianity and the symbolism surrounding her story.

Mary Magdalene: Insights from Ancient Magdala — Carolyn Osiek
A historical perspective on the world in which Mary Magdalene lived.

There is absolutely no requirement to read anything before attending. Curiosity and an open heart are more than enough. These books are simply offered as companions for those who feel called to explore the Magdalene mysteries more deeply.
